Join the dynamic team at Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories as a dedicated QC Supervisor at our Plant Parung Kuda facility. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to lead our Quality Control department and ensure our products meet the highest international standards.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily quality assurance operations, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality analysts, conducting rigorous inspections, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to minimize waste and maximize product integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Quality Control team to ensure high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee daily QC testing activities, including raw material inspection, in-process controls, and finished goods release.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and relevant regulatory standards.
- Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance reports (NCR) to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and local pharmaceutical regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
