Cilegon Hills is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC / Supervisor Project to join our construction management team in Cilegon. In this pivotal role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that our infrastructure and building projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, verifying technical compliance against architectural drawings, and ensuring that project timelines are strictly met. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with a sharp eye for detail and the leadership skills to manage subcontractors and project resources effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily field operations to ensure project progress aligns with the master schedule.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all workmanship meets industry standards and company specifications.
- Verify that all ongoing work strictly adheres to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and on-site teams to resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, including daily reports and quality inspection logs.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on the construction site.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or discrepancies in the construction process and propose corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in construction supervision or quality control roles.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural drawings, and building codes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and specifications accurately.
- Proficient in using project management tools and standard office software (AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work effectively under tight project deadlines.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Cilegon, Banten.
