Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of production to identify and address potential issues
- Carry out final inspections of outgoing products to verify compliance with quality requirements before shipment
- Assist in ISO 9001 internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory standards
- Document and report quality issues, including non-conformities and corrective actions taken
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare regular reports for management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality control methodologies to enhance our processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting quality issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
