Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine quality control inspections on incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Monitor production lines to identify defects, deviations, or safety hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to local safety regulations and company quality management policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of inspection results, test data, and non-conformance reports.
- Operate and calibrate testing equipment and machinery to ensure precise measurements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Quality Manager promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a QC or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect even minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and inspection protocols is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship is required.
