Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on manufactured components and finished products
- Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records
- Identify and report quality issues or deviations from established standards
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures and processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or similar role
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 5S)
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage
