- Conduct comprehensive in-house laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products
- Perform quality control inspections using precision instruments and analytical techniques
- Document and report test results with meticulous attention to detail
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations and non-conformities
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and industry-specific quality standards
- Participate in internal quality audits and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or laboratory testing
- Proficiency with analytical instruments (spectrophotometers, pH meters, etc.)
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
