Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Document quality test results accurately and maintain comprehensive inspection reports.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or quality deviations to the supervisor.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory or testing equipment to ensure accurate readings.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality-related production issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or QC/QA environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment.
