Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections of wire and steel products using precision tools
- Verify material composition, tensile strength, and coating adherence to technical specifications
- Document inspection results in quality control systems with photographic evidence
- Collaborate with production teams to implement real-time quality corrections
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality deviations
- Maintain clean, organized inspection areas and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1-2 years in quality control or manufacturing inspection role
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, and spectrometers
- Basic understanding of metallurgy and material science principles
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify microscopic defects
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
