Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive QHSE audits and risk assessments across operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and management systems
- Design and deliver safety training programs for all employee levels
- Lead ESG initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and waste management
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulations
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Monitor sustainability KPIs and prepare ESG performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of QHSE experience in manufacturing/logistics sector
- Professional certifications (ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean environmental regulations and OHS standards
- Experience developing ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability strategies
- Advanced proficiency in QHSE management software and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement methodologies
