Join Trust Recruit as a QHSE Manager for our precision CNC machining operations and lead transformative safety and quality initiatives. This pivotal role requires you to architect and maintain robust QHSE systems while ensuring full ISO compliance across all production processes. You'll conduct rigorous internal audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to elevate organizational standards. As a key leader, you'll mentor cross-functional teams, resolve complex safety/environmental challenges, and deliver actionable QHSE reports to executive stakeholders. Ideal candidates will drive continuous improvement cultures that prioritize operational excellence and regulatory adherence in high-precision manufacturing environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Conduct internal/external audits and compliance assessments with detailed reporting
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Coordinate employee training programs for safety protocols and environmental compliance
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive QHSE performance reports
- Ensure adherence to local Indonesian environmental regulations and OHS standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety culture and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Safety Management
- Minimum 5 years QHSE management experience in manufacturing/CNC machining
- ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor certification required
- Proven track record developing QHSE policies and emergency response plans
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations (K3) and environmental permits
- Advanced proficiency in QHSE reporting software and data analytics
- Excellent leadership skills with cross-functional team management experience
