Join SP Manufacturing Pte Ltd as a QHSE Senior Engineer and lead our commitment to excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement robust quality management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety across our Batam operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety protocols, environmental sustainability, and quality assurance processes. Reporting directly to the QMS Manager, you'll conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations while mentoring staff on best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards
- Lead health and safety initiatives including risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international QHSE requirements
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, quality procedures, and environmental standards
- Monitor KPIs for QHSE performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate QHSE best practices into operations
- Prepare management reports and presentations for QMS leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QHSE roles within manufacturing industry
- Professional certification in QHSE (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, NEBOSH)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Proven experience developing and implementing QMS frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in QHSE software and data analysis tools
