CEVA Logistics, a world-class supply chain company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Specialist (RSO) to join our growing team in Kallang, Central Region.
In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management system. You will be responsible for ensuring our Singapore operations fully comply with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
As the appointed Registered Safety Officer (RSO), you will drive a proactive safety culture across our warehousing and logistics facilities. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QHSE policies. You will conduct regular safety audits, comprehensive risk assessments, and thorough incident investigations. A key part of this role involves partnering closely with operational teams to identify training needs, deliver impactful safety briefings, and promote a continuous improvement mindset focused on zero harm.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the QHSE management system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and GDP requirements.
- Act as the company's Registered Safety Officer (RSO), providing expert advice on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) matters in accordance with Singapore legislation.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure effective control measures are in place.
- Lead incident investigations, compile detailed reports, and manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to ensure robust root cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging QHSE training programs to enhance staff awareness and competency across all levels.
- Manage all licensing, permits, and documentation related to safety, environment, and the handling of dangerous goods.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (e.g., MOM, NEA, SCDF) and external certification bodies during inspections and audits.
- Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process and ensure emergency response plans are tested and effective.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Registered as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a QHSE role, ideally within the logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting internal audits and managing external certification audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Superior report writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., for ISO 9001 or 45001) is highly advantageous.
