Geoservices is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment across our operations within the mining and energy sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety champion committed to creating a hazard-free workplace and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
You will play a pivotal role in streamlining our Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and ensuring that all site operations adhere to national safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE programs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate and manage Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documentation and pre-qualification processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for staff and contractors.
- Maintain comprehensive safety records, incident reports, and statistical analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, ensuring root-cause analysis is performed.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian safety regulations (UU K3) and environmental standards relevant to the energy sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Must possess a valid AK3 Migas (Oil & Gas Safety) certification.
- Must possess a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Safety) certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role within the mining, energy, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence safety culture at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and capable of professional communication in English.
