Geoservices is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) functions, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and international oil & gas safety standards (AK3 Migas). You will act as a leader in promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence across all project sites.
As a QHSE Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our operational integrity, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner. You will manage risk assessments, lead safety audits, and ensure that all personnel are trained and equipped to handle potential hazards. This position offers a challenging environment for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on workplace safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with company safety policies and government regulations.
- Manage the investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Oversee the issuance and control of Permits to Work (PTW) for high-risk activities such as hot work and confined space entry.
- Coordinate and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for all employees and contractors.
- Monitor and maintain accurate HSE documentation, including safety reports, risk assessments, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety Management Systems.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are regularly inspected and maintained according to safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Hygiene, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (INSPEK) or equivalent professional safety qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QHSE supervision, with specific experience in the Oil & Gas or Mining sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU K3 No. 1 of 1970) and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HSE management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
