Join Raiden M & E as a QMS Controller (M&E) and play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across our mechanical and electrical projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) for M&E projects
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
- Develop quality control procedures, inspection plans, and documentation for mechanical/electrical projects
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality assurance processes throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor supplier quality and manage non-conformance reporting with corrective action plans
- Train staff on quality management protocols and foster continuous improvement culture
- Prepare quality reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in quality management within M&E industry
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes and international standards
- Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management methodologies
