Efinix Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QMS Engineer to join our growing team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a key player in our quality department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that ensure our products meet the highest safety, regulatory, and company standards.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, conduct rigorous quality audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits, and coordinate external audit activities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools such as FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer requirements, and industry standards
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation control in accordance with regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of QMS frameworks, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies including SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in documentation and data management
- Professional certification such as CQE, CMQ/OE, or ISO Lead Auditor is preferred
