The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the PCB manufacturing process
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures
- Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and IPC-A-600
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in PCB manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
- Experience with quality control tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
