Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update ISO 9001:2015 documentation and quality system records
- Prepare for and facilitate third-party customer audits and internal quality reviews
- Implement quality control procedures and monitor compliance with industry standards
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives
- Conduct regular process audits to identify improvement opportunities
- Train staff on quality management systems and best practices
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Stay updated on evolving quality regulations and certification requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
- Proven track record in preparing for third-party audits
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and audit tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industry preferred
