Bidor Kwong Heng is seeking a dedicated QMS Executive to join our manufacturing team in Bidor, Perak. In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality management systems, ensuring that our products consistently meet industry benchmarks and customer expectations.
As our QMS Executive, you will take ownership of maintaining quality documentation, tracking key performance metrics, and spearheading improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production and operations departments to analyze non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Track and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Conduct regular internal audits and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal company quality policies.
- Participate in risk assessment activities to minimize production errors and enhance product consistency.
- Lead quality awareness training programs for production floor personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, or GMP).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and report generation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
