Join our dynamic team as a QMS Executive and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through robust quality management systems. In this critical position, you'll be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality standards across manufacturing and logistics operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international standards like ISO 9001, while proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Conduct internal quality audits and supplier assessments to ensure compliance
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and inspection reports
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QMS within manufacturing/logistics
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and industry-specific standards
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with supplier quality management systems
