Graha Bumi Hijau is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QS Civil Engineer and QS MEI (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) Engineer to join our growing project team in Cikampek. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for ensuring project profitability, accurate cost estimation, and precise contract administration.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our infrastructure and building projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates for civil or MEI construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and compare it against the planned project schedule.
- Perform detailed measurement of work done on-site for interim and final progress claims.
- Analyze and prepare project budgets, tracking costs against actual expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants regarding contract variations and claims.
- Review project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost savings and construction risks.
- Prepare comprehensive project cost reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer in construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding project specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Deep understanding of construction material costs, labor rates, and equipment rental market rates in Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, capable of negotiating with stakeholders and contractors.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cikampek, Jawa Barat.
