Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ) from project drawings and specifications.
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project budgets without compromising quality.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and services, including bid evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations.
- Monitor and control project costs, track variations, and maintain cost control documentation.
- Prepare progress billings, payment certificates, and final accounts for clients and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with the project team to forecast financial outcomes and identify potential cost overruns early.
- Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, company policies, and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QS Engineer or Cost Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of construction market prices, materials, and standard methods in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Must be willing to work and reside in or relocate to Calamba City, Laguna.
