Join Megawide's dynamic engineering team as a QS Engineer in Apalit, Pampanga. This critical role involves meticulously evaluating and controlling project requirements related to material orders and job orders, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate and control project requirements for material orders and job orders
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and material usage
- Analyze tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or similar role
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and local building codes
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Certification in Quantity Surveying is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
