We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Coral Agri-Venture Farm Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the financial management of our agricultural and construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. We are seeking a professional who excels at bridging the gap between technical engineering and financial oversight, managing cost control, and maintaining accurate project records.
As part of our dynamic team, you will oversee the preparation of bills of quantities, monitor expenditure against the budget, and manage contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates for various projects.
- Monitor project costs on a monthly basis to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
- Review and evaluate contractor claims for variations, delays, and extensions of time.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare interim payments to contractors.
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve cost discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and project forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Excel.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, local building codes, and engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is highly preferred.
