Tiara Cipta Nirwana is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QS MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join our project team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial success and technical accuracy of our construction projects.
As our QS MEP, you will be responsible for cost estimation, budget control, and contractual management of MEP systems. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are executed within budget and meet the highest quality standards. We are looking for a professional who possesses a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of construction costs, and the ability to manage complex project documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review MEP work cost estimates, detailed take-offs, and bill of quantities (BQ).
- Manage contract administration, including monitoring subcontractor claims, progress payments, and variations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor physical progress and verify actual work against claimed quantities.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing of mechanical and electrical materials.
- Perform value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising design or functionality.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and budget tracking for MEP installations.
- Coordinate with site engineers to identify potential cost overruns and provide mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards during project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically focusing on MEP systems in construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and MEP specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of construction software and Microsoft Excel for cost analysis.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict project deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction standards, pricing, and material specifications.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
