Join Pakuan as a QS MEP professional and drive excellence in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects at our Alam Sutera location. This critical role encompasses comprehensive MEP quantity surveying responsibilities, including technical drawing reviews, consultant coordination, budget/material calculations, and on-site supervision. You'll ensure project alignment with specifications while optimizing cost efficiency and resource allocation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in construction methodologies and possess strong analytical skills to manage complex MEP systems in dynamic project environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate MEP technical drawings for compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Prepare accurate material take-offs and budget estimates for MEP components
- Monitor on-site MEP activities to ensure quality standards and timeline adherence
- Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate optimal material procurement costs
- Prepare progress reports and cost control documentation
- Implement value engineering solutions without compromising technical requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of MEP quantity surveying experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in MEP system specifications and construction methodologies
- Advanced skills in budget estimation, cost control, and material calculation
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction standards and regulations
- Experience with QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
