Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil construction projects
- Conduct quantity surveying, including BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Perform site inspections and material testing to ensure compliance with standards
- Review contractor submissions for technical accuracy and specification adherence
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for project milestones
- Coordinate with suppliers to verify material quality and delivery standards
- Assist in developing project quality plans and improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of QS/QC experience in property/construction industry
- Strong knowledge of SNI standards and quality control methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and quantity surveying software
- Certification in quality management (ISO 9001) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
