Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive quality documentation systems including inspection reports, calibration records, and non-conformance reports
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures for production processes
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications
- Prepare regular quality reports for management review and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier quality assessments and coordinate with vendors for quality improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or administration within manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
