Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role in healthcare
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, JCI)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in quality management is a plus
