Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct chemical analysis and laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality control and assurance processes.
- Investigate and document product deviations, root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, international standards (ISO), and company quality policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize production lines.
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on proper sampling techniques and equipment usage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC-MS, and titration kits.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules or as needed to support production operations.
