- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Analyze production data to identify quality trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and HACCP standards
- Train production staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct vendor assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality control
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification in Six Sigma or Quality Management preferred
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and regulatory requirements
