The Account Safety team ensures the integrity and security of our global user base. Our Youth Safety division focuses on creating a positive and protected environment for young users. We are looking for a detail-oriented and culturally aware Quality Analyst (Tagalog Speaking) to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality audits on content moderation and account safety processes specific to Tagalog-speaking markets.
- Evaluate agent decisions against established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for Account & Youth Safety.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cultural sensitivity.
- Identify quality and training gaps, collaborating with the Training team to develop targeted improvement plans.
- Analyze complex policy and safety scenarios, escalating critical issues and trends to management.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of evolving safety policies, community guidelines, and local regulations.
- Generate and present quality assurance reports and dashboards to operations leadership.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality standards and a fair user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Tagalog and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a BPO, Call Center, Trust & Safety, or Content Moderation environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and actionable feedback.
- Proficiency with QA tools, CRM platforms, and Google Suite / Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive content with professionalism.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
