Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control activities and maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance
- Investigate product non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience in food manufacturing environment
- Certification in HACCP or food safety management systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Knowledge of Philippine FDA and international food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
