Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Perform systematic audits of production processes to identify potential non-compliance or safety hazards.
- Document and maintain detailed quality reports, ensuring all testing results are accurately recorded and archived.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality complaints and lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts.
- Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the facility.
- Perform equipment calibration checks and ensure all lab instruments are functioning within optimal parameters.
- Assist in the development and update of quality control documentation and process manuals.
- Facilitate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to streamline manufacturing output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle deviations from standard specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.
