Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory/organoleptic testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure strict adherence to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols.
- Document and maintain precise, up-to-date records of all laboratory analyses, inspection reports, and production line checks.
- Identify and report any product defects, process deviations, or non-conformance issues immediately to the QA Supervisor.
- Assist in internal audits, hygiene inspections, and sanitation verifications across the manufacturing plant.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments to ensure operational accuracy and safety.
- Support the QA team in investigating customer feedback and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in a food manufacturing plant is a strong advantage.
- Basic theoretical or practical knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), GMP, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for generating technical reports and collaborating with production teams.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule within a manufacturing plant environment in Makati City.
