In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every drop of water meets the highest quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with our production and laboratory teams to monitor chemical processes, conduct rigorous testing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic sampling and analysis of raw and processed water to ensure compliance with local and international quality standards.
- Monitor and document chemical process parameters to maintain optimal production efficiency.
- Perform routine laboratory testing, including microbiological and chemical assays, and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Identify, report, and investigate any deviations from quality control protocols to prevent non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production personnel to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory testing equipment to ensure precision and reliability in data collection.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Process Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain precise documentation and reports.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and laboratory information management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and a strong internship background are encouraged to apply.
