Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality compliance
- Implement and maintain HACCP protocols, ISO 22000 standards, and internal quality control systems
- Document quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate quality deviations and root causes, recommending preventive solutions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations
- Monitor production equipment and processes to identify potential quality risks
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging quality assurance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality control documentation systems and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Willingness to work on-site in Marilao, Bulacan with flexible schedule availability
