We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join the dynamic team at GCH Group in Basak, Cebu. In this critical role, you will serve as the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will drive our commitment to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. You will oversee complex testing protocols, conduct thorough inspections, and implement continuous process improvements to eliminate defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine and special quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Monitor production lines and processes to identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols in real-time.
- Perform laboratory testing, including microbiological, chemical, and sensory analysis, to guarantee product consistency and safety.
- Investigate and document non-conformance issues, preparing detailed reports and initiating corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams to develop and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure full compliance with local food safety regulations, HACCP plans, and international quality standards such as ISO 22000.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, logs, and documentation in strict accordance with GMP requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 standards is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and test results accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively reporting findings to cross-functional teams.
- A keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including potential shift work or overtime as needed.
