Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise chemical and physical analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing data.
- Document all test results accurately in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards within the facility.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review, highlighting trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field (Licensed Chemist is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Laboratory role within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong working knowledge of chemical instrumentation and laboratory safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain precise documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle technical challenges independently.
