Philstone Industrial & Manufacturing Corp is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Supervisor to join our growing team in Novaliches. You will lead the quality initiatives across the manufacturing floor, bridging the gap between production efficiency and strict compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust Quality Control plans for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Supervise the daily activities of the QA/QC team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the production department to minimize waste and optimize manufacturing workflows without compromising quality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection results, testing logs, and quality performance reports.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and local regulatory requirements for manufacturing.
- Train production staff on quality protocols and the importance of defect prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
