Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems across hospital departments.
- Conduct regular facility audits and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, logs, and reporting documentation.
- Support the QA team in investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to facilitate staff training on safety protocols and quality policies.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
- Participate in internal audits and external accreditation preparation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Healthcare, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and health (WSH) standards is an added advantage.
