This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₱15,000 – ₱16,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance procedures and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
- Document and report quality issues, recommending corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with training staff to ensure all maritime programs meet quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
- Assist in preparing documentation for certification and accreditation purposes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the maritime industry
- Familiarity with ISO standards and maritime regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and techniques
