As the Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance, you will be the guardian of product integrity. You will mentor cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and manage regulatory compliance within our manufacturing facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure products meet company specifications and international safety standards.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the QA department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team mentorship.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with government food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to generate reports for management, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to troubleshoot issues and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Oversee training programs for staff regarding standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with external regulatory bodies and third-party auditors during site inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and other relevant food safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of quality personnel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/Quality Management software.
- Willingness to be based in Calamba City, Laguna.
