Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant Officer to join our team in Mak Mandin, Penang. We are seeking a candidate who can effectively monitor clerical functions within the QA department and ensure strict adherence to internal quality requirements.
In this role, you will support the Quality Assurance department by maintaining accurate documentation, assisting in quality control inspections, and identifying areas for process improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee clerical work within the Quality Assurance department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all QA department functions are executed according to established internal requirements and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality checks, inspections, and clerical logs.
- Assist in conducting routine quality inspections on incoming materials and finished goods.
- Identify non-conforming products or processes and report findings to the QA Supervisor for resolution.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to implement corrective actions and maintain quality consistency.
- Update and file quality-related documents and reports in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a QA or clerical role within the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in data or products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with strict deadlines.
