Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, or a BPO setting is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing clear feedback.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, QA monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
