Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor production lines to guarantee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
- Investigate and document non-conformities, food safety deviations, and quality trends.
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, logs, and audit reports.
- Verify compliance with client requirements and industry certifications.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage for site travel.
