Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic quality inspections of construction materials and processes
- Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards
- Perform site audits to verify compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Document quality control findings and generate comprehensive inspection reports
- Coordinate with suppliers to verify material quality and certifications
- Train construction teams on quality assurance best practices
- Investigate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in quality testing methodologies and equipment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standards
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE) is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work in high-rise construction environments
