Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor production processes and hygiene standards to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality records, batch logs, and deviation reports for regulatory audits.
- Investigate root causes of product defects or non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods to prevent contamination.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SFA regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using laboratory testing equipment and quality management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
