As a key member of our quality team, you will conduct thorough inspections at various stages of production, identify potential quality issues before they escalate, and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints professionally, investigating root causes, and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections at various stages of the production process
- Identify and document quality issues, recommending corrective actions

- Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance/control in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) is an advantage
