The Quality Assurance Director is a key member of the leadership team responsible for setting the strategic direction of quality and food safety across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Assurance strategies aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant certifications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Manage supplier quality standards and oversee the quality control of incoming materials and finished goods.
- Investigate and resolve complex quality issues and customer complaints with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Present quality reports and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or Director-level role.
- Strong working knowledge of food safety systems, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, process improvement, and operational management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Valid Food Safety Manager certification is highly preferred.
